Terms of Service (TOS)
The rules that apply when you use luxedwel.com and engage the studio.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
1. Agreement
By accessing luxedwel.com you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to all visitors, including those who browse, subscribe or submit an enquiry.
2. Use of the site
You may view, download and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell, scrape, mirror or systematically extract content without written permission. Automated access that degrades the site is prohibited.
3. Intellectual property
All text, photography, drawings, logos and layouts on this site are owned by Luxedwel or used under licence. The Luxedwel name and marks may not be used in a way that suggests endorsement without our consent.
4. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form does not create a designer–client relationship. A project begins only when both parties sign a written proposal and pay the agreed deposit. Fees, scope and timelines are set out in that document.
5. Third-party links
We link to external resources we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Following an external link is at your own risk.
6. Accuracy of information
Journal articles are general guidance, not professional advice for your specific home. Always consult a qualified architect, engineer or contractor before making structural changes. We aim to keep information current but make no warranty that it is complete or error-free.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Luxedwel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Multnomah County, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
