When you contact the studio, subscribe to the journal or request a consultation, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, project location and any notes about your home. We also collect basic technical information — browser type, device and pages visited — through privacy-friendly analytics.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver design services, send the newsletter you asked for, and improve this website. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

3. Legal basis

• Consent — for newsletter subscriptions and optional cookies.
• Contract — when we provide design services to you.
• Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries and keep our records accurate.

4. Sharing and processors

We share data only with service providers who help us operate: email hosting, cloud storage, accounting and analytics. Each processor is bound by a data-processing agreement and may use your data only to provide that service.

5. Retention

Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Project records are kept for seven years to meet tax and professional obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email we send.
