Last updated: 1 November 2026
Copyright respects copyright
Luxedwel respects the intellectual property of others and expects visitors to do the same. This page explains how to notify us if you believe material on luxedwel.com infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
Filing a notice
Send written notice to our designated agent at [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. A valid notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
- The exact URL or description of the material you believe is infringing.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.
What happens next
We review valid notices promptly. If the claim is substantiated, we remove or disable access to the material and notify the party who posted it. We may also terminate access for repeat infringers.
Counter-notice
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. It must include your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake, and your contact details and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Fair use and attribution
Short quotations from this site are welcome with clear attribution and a link. Photography on this site is credited where required and may not be reused commercially without permission.
Repeat infringement
Accounts or contributors who repeatedly infringe copyright may have their access removed. We keep a record of notices and actions taken.
